I've seen a lot of photoshops in my day, so I can tell by the pixels, this paper towel roll is definately shopped. the center is much to tiny, and the paper is much too thick. Even the thickest of bounty sheets wouldn't look like that. Furthermore, if we use the blurred out faces as a scale here, you can totally tell that the aspect ration on the fire extinguisher is all wrong too. Not your best work man.
